For a few years I knew my hearing had gotten worse, so I decided to make an appointment with HearBest. I didn’t know what to expect, but the minute I walked into their office, I knew I had chosen the right ones to go to! The customer service is absolutely exceptional. My experience I had a great experience with Cheyenne and Amanda today at Hearing Solutions of Indiana. Cheyenne was very patient and helpful with my hearing issues , which made for a pleasant experience. I would recommend her to everyone! Amanda was equally nice and helpful.

I needed a hearing test and hearing aid program after ear surgeries. My hearing had changed significantly. Cheyenne in Delphi was my “professional” she seemed competent during the audiogram creation. With my hearing results in hand, and my aids laying on the table, she launched her hard sell pitch for new aids. I didn’t catch most of it due to my aids not being in my ears but the main point was I had serious hearing loss, my aids were 6 years old so completely outdated. Today I had the pleasure of a great experience with Dr. Lehy and his staff. He explained my hearing aids so that I understood everything about them. He walked me through how to put them in my ears and was very patient with me. He even cleaned my husband's hearing aids for him and we did not even purchase them there! The receptionist,Charlie was wonderful as well. She helped us get financing and walked us through how the payment plan works. I would recommend these people to everyone who needs hearing aids!
