For a few years I knew my hearing had gotten worse, so I decided to make an appointment with HearBest. I didn’t know what to expect, but the minute I walked into their office, I knew I had chosen the right ones to go to! The customer service is absolutely exceptional. Today I had the pleasure of a great experience with Dr. Lehy and his staff. He explained my hearing aids so that I understood everything about them. He walked me through how to put them in my ears and was very patient with me. He even cleaned my husband's hearing aids for him and we did not even purchase them there! The receptionist,Charlie was wonderful as well. She helped us get financing and walked us through how the payment plan works. I would recommend these people to everyone who needs hearing aids!

My experience I had a great experience with Cheyenne and Amanda today at Hearing Solutions of Indiana. Cheyenne was very patient and helpful with my hearing issues , which made for a pleasant experience. I would recommend her to everyone! Amanda was equally nice and helpful.
