For a few years I knew my hearing had gotten worse, so I decided to make an appointment with HearBest. I didn’t know what to expect, but the minute I walked into their office, I knew I had chosen the right ones to go to! The customer service is absolutely exceptional. Very pleasant experience so far. Help with my tinnitus has been a relief. Staff and has been great and welcoming!
I needed a hearing test and hearing aid program after ear surgeries. My hearing had changed significantly. Cheyenne in Delphi was my “professional” she seemed competent during the audiogram creation. With my hearing results in hand, and my aids laying on the table, she launched her hard sell pitch for new aids. I didn’t catch most of it due to my aids not being in my ears but the main point was I had serious hearing loss, my aids were 6 years old so completely outdated.
