So pleasant! Whitney called to move my appointment up 2 weeks since they had a cancellation. She was so kind and welcoming on the phone. Dr. Judy is very personable. I was in shock to get hearing aids the first appointment. Dr. Judy made us feel totally comfortable. I highly recommend this office! I imagine all locations are terrific, too.
The staff here were wonderful. Whitney at the front desk was helpful in answering questions and able to get me in for a quick appointment. Robert was very calming when I was nervous to get my ears cleaned. I just needed some wax removed and felt more comfortable coming here where they specialize in ears. Great experience.
The professionals at this office give exemplary service. I only notice my tinnitus when it's asked about. Before this it was always with me and I couldn't escape it. These hearing aids have changed my life! I had tried conventional aids before and they hurt my mastoid cavity. I resorted to a BAHA and I felt no difference. Doctor Judy is amazing. She spent a ton of time explaining things and I really appreciate how the staff cares for my mom. Whitney is a wonderful member of the team as well!
Rob especially was very detailed, concerned, and genuinely cared with my hearing issues… Very happy I came here after 40 years of hearing problems I feel this company has shown great individualized instruction and time to take care of my needs of my hearing issues… Whitney at the front desk also was very polite and kind… Overall experience has been very very pleasant…
