This was my first visit to HearBest in Carmel. I took my mom who is being served by this company. She had not been there for over a year. She had been noticing more difficulty hearing with her current hearing aids. My mom was greeted warmly by name when we walked in the door. Impressive! The wait was short and Rob took us to the back. He asked mom many questions in regard to her current hearing aids and then she had a hearing test which took about 30-40 minutes. Very comprehensive. I first took my elderly mother to this location in 2022 (I did a review back then too — not sure if it’s still here or not). The audiologists and techs that have helped us over the years have been great. While the upfront cost is a lot, all the subsequent visits and support, along with supplies, have been included. When the first hearing aids we’re about to be out of warranty, they suggested we send them back to the manufacturer for an overhaul, gave us loaners for the time they were gone and that got us another year of use.... read more

Reporting for my grandmother: Dr. Judy Olsen and her team in the Carmel office of Whitney, Dr. Elizabeth, Rob, and Lauren have been fantastic to work with. They have all been very patient and kind during this transition to a hearing aid. They are very flexible to meet with me on an as needed basis. I highly recommend them.

I walked in to this office without an appointment and was immediately helped by the wonderful and knowledgeable Whitney. Even though I did not purchase my hearing aid here( my original provider was closed on Friday) Whitney cleaned my appliance and replaced the wax trap giving

Today I had an earwax removal done by Dr. Elizabeth Teets. She was very gentle yet thorough, my hearing significantly improved since getting the removal. The staff was very kind and got me back to my appointment fast. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a good place to go for an earwax removal.
