So pleasant! Whitney called to move my appointment up 2 weeks since they had a cancellation. She was so kind and welcoming on the phone. Dr. Judy is very personable. I was in shock to get hearing aids the first appointment. Dr. Judy made us feel totally comfortable. I highly recommend this office! I imagine all locations are terrific, too.
The staff here were wonderful. Whitney at the front desk was helpful in answering questions and able to get me in for a quick appointment. Robert was very calming when I was nervous to get my ears cleaned. I just needed some wax removed and felt more comfortable coming here where they specialize in ears. Great experience.
Doctor Judy is amazing. She spent a ton of time explaining things and I really appreciate how the staff cares for my mom. Whitney is a wonderful member of the team as well!
My wife and I had several questions, and the team at HearBest took the time to answer each one thoroughly.
