This was my first visit to HearBest in Carmel. I took my mom who is being served by this company. She had not been there for over a year. She had been noticing more difficulty hearing with her current hearing aids. My mom was greeted warmly by name when we walked in the door. Impressive! The wait was short and Rob took us to the back. I first took my elderly mother to this location in 2022 (I did a review back then too — not sure if it’s still here or not). The audiologists and techs that have helped us over the years have been great. While the upfront cost is a lot, all the subsequent visits and support, along with supplies, have been included. When the first hearing aids we’re about to be out of warranty, they suggested we send them back to the manufacturer for an overhaul, gave us loaners for the time they were gone and that got us another year of use.... read more

Reporting for my grandmother: Dr. Judy Olsen and her team in the Carmel office of Whitney, Dr. Elizabeth, Rob, and Lauren have been fantastic to work with. They have all been very patient and kind during this transition to a hearing aid. They are very flexible to meet with me on an as needed basis. I highly recommend them.

My experience with the carmel office of HearBest was great. Rob performed the most thorough exam I’ve ever been exposed to. He first made sure the ears were totally clear of any (even the smallest amount of) wax in order to get a precise and accurate reading. He then explained in detail the results and the options available. I would highly recommend them!

I've had hearing loss and tinnitus for 20+ years. I went to see Hear Best today and walked out very happy. They've helped me hear better and the hearing aids have helped reduce some of the tinnitus that I'm dealing with so I'm very happy with the service I received today. Thank you.
