Today I had an earwax removal done by Dr. Elizabeth Teets. She was very gentle yet thorough, my hearing significantly improved since getting the removal. The staff was very kind and got me back to my appointment fast. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a good place to go for an earwax removal.

The very best staff. I needed my 93 year old father hearing aids cleaned. I had no clue how to get this done. They explained everything, showed me a few tricks to keep them clean. Takings care of an elderly parent is overwhelming they made my day a little easier. 🙏

One of my hearing aides wasn’t working quite right, stopped in with no appointment. Whitney took them in the back, cleaned them both and replaced the receiver, which she said sounded weak. All in about 5 minutes and no charge. I’ve had them for a couple years and what an improvement they’ve made in my life, just ask my wife, lol. My experience with this company from the first time I bought my hearing aides has been wonderful. Very knowledgeable and caring staff initially and throughout. I highly recommend them.

I came from out of town to visit my daughter and her family in Carmel, when I realized I forgot to pack my black cloth for cleaning my hearing aides before placing them in the charger. Hearing Solutions was close by so I went there to try to get a cloth. Whitney was very helpful and solved my problem very quickly. Thank you so much Whitney!!

So pleasant! Whitney called to move my appointment up 2 weeks since they had a cancellation. She was so kind and welcoming on the phone. Dr. Judy is very personable. I was in shock to get hearing aids the first appointment. Dr. Judy made us feel totally comfortable. I highly recommend this office! I imagine all locations are terrific, too.
