I cannot imagine a more caring and professional service than Neelu George provided me. I had been referred to an audiologist twice previously but was not satisfied with their approach and did not continue. I was impressed with how Neelu carried out her assessment and kept me informed about what was happening, answering my questions and explaining everything I needed to know to feel secure and comfortable. I cannot recommend more highly her empathy, attention to detail and ability to meet my need to improve my hearing.
