I visited Gloria for an earwax issue, and I’m so glad I did. She was very pleasant, patient, and professional throughout the appointment. What I appreciated most was her persistence, she took great care to make sure the wax was fully removed, and she did it in a surprisingly short amount of time. I felt immediate relief afterward. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for an audiologist!
Really nice experience! Gloria was able to skillfully take out all my hard severely impacted wax. I had gone to many other clinics before this but no one could take it out properly. She is a pro at what she is doing! She also helped out by suggesting there was an infection. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!
HearAgain is a great hearing centre. We've used both the Niagara Falls and Pelham locations. We've never had an issue with our hearing aids that wasn't swiftly serviced. The staff are very friendly, efficient, and welcoming. I couldn't recommend them more!
