The office is so cute and cozy, and I felt comfortable and taken care of by the friendly staff! You can’t get this level of knowledge and professionalism anywhere else. So very thankful for this team and their business!
My 8 year old hearing aids were acting up and performing poorly. I called for an appointment on Friday and was seen today. The lady provider who assisted me was more than proficient in her craft. She replaced my speakers, cleaned my mics, updated the firmware and adjusted my profile. I walked out of there with the same hearing renewal that I first experienced 8 years ago, annnnd it didn't cost me one cent. I couldn't be happier with Hear Wise.
Amazing practice!! Incredibly thorough and both Dr Grace and Dr Brian demonstrated such kindness and care for my mother. They are clearly in this business for the benefit of their patients. I have taken my mom in to see them twice and on both occasions they took the time to answer all our questions and to address concerns.
