Excellent! Kadanna is very friendly and knowledgeable and answered my barrage of questions! Jessica at reception was very friendly and helpful as well. The clinic is beautiful, modern and clean. I highly recommend HWBW, and I will be back.
Went to Hear Well this morning and was totally impressed! Kadanna and Jessica were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. If you are unsure about your hearing, I highly recommend a visit to Hear Well at the corner of Fanshawe pkwy and Wonderland rd in London, ON. You will not regret doing so.
I really didn’t want to get hearing aids, and I certainly didn’t expect to like them. If you want the best possible experience getting tested for and purchasing hearing aids, you need to consider contacting Hear Well Be Well. The process was easy, they obviously have a handle on all the technology needed to make sure you need them and then to fine-tune them for your specific needs. The environment was clean and comfortable. Kadanna and Jessica were warm and welcoming. The test was thorough and everything was explained to me in terms that was easy to understand. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service!
