Receptionist is very friendly. Dr John is empathetic and determined to find solutions to our problems. Great bedside manners. Very smart and patient with us. Highly recommend
He truly listens. He is the finest audiologist I have had in 40 plus years of wearing hearing aids. And he always takes whatever time is necessary. That's hard to find. He knows a lot about tinnitus and has always related well to my concerns.
