From the sec I walked in, I got welcomed by the 2 amazing staff at the front desk. They were nothing but incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely kind!!! Now, Dr. Madeleine, on the other hand, is on a whole different level!!! Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail are unheard of!! I accidentally messed up my DOB and the team handled the correction quickly, professionally with the most positive attitude EVER!!
Thank you so much for the great service when I needed my hearing aids replaced and thank you Maddie for putting a rush on the new ones! Everyone was so helpful and pleasant Wendy Brumfitt
