I was referred here from another Hear Right clinic because this one has real ear measurement equipment - not all of them do! Madeleine has been wonderful to work with. Appointments never feel rushed, she does a great job with patient education, she listens really well and is willing to experiment to get the equipment to perform closer to my individual preferences.
