Madeleine Ritchie is wonderful! She went out of her way to see me urgently solely based on my notes to an online booking. When the rest of the health care community was taking their time to address my hearing loss Madeleine stepped up to help a wounded man. I will always remember her compassion and professionalism. I was referred here from another Hear Right clinic because this one has real ear measurement equipment - not all of them do! Madeleine has been wonderful to work with. Appointments never feel rushed, she does a great job with patient education, she listens really well and is willing to experiment to get the equipment to perform closer to my individual preferences.
