I had such a wonderful experience coming here today! If you are someone in your early 20s who's concerned about your hearing, don't hesitate to get it checked! I was initially self-conscious coming here, but Kris was very understanding and helpful. He's very professional, giving a thorough explanation and great insight into possible causes for my tinnitus. Kris is so friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to make my dad feel comfortable in his new hearing aids. My dad has aphasia following a stroke and Kris’s communication is excellent with him—an invaluable skill. I couldn’t recommend a better place for hearing care!

Kris really helped us out when my father in law forgot his charger at home(London ON) with only one hr remaining before we had to leave for Pearson airport for their flight to Europe. He was able to find a compatible charger right away and they departed for the airport with time to spare. We were not an existing customer. We cannot say enough in thanks for his kindness .
Super caring customer service from Chris and Erica. They take their time to answer all your concerns and Chris is very thorough when doing the hearing assessment while answering any concerns you may have. I'm extremely happy with the hearing aids he recommended and the follow up service. Highly recommend this branch of Hear Right Canada.
