Chris & staff at Hear Right on Upper James have been fantastic! Chris initially cleaned out my mom’s ear wax. He provided education on managing the wax & what to look for with further hearing loss. The wax removal helped for a bit, but my mom eventually needed hearing aids. Chris was very kind & supportive as mom was overwhelmed & anxious with changes. I highly recommend!
