Louise at reception is very friendly and accommodating when booking appointments. Jessie, the technician, is very knowledgeable… she really knows her stuff. And the Bernafon hearing aids themselves are marvellous! A couple of minor issues over 3 years and they were fixed onsite at no charge.
Wonderful staff, from the nice lady at reception located at window #5, to Jessie who tested my hearing or what’s left of it. As this was my first hearing test Jessie throughly explained every step and was understanding of all my concerns. Considering my results were worse than I had anticipated she was professional and sympathetic in presenting her findings. Great experience all round and would definitely recommend.
