I recently booked an appointment at Hear Right Queenston. Initially my intention was to get my husband’s hearing tested. He needed it. I didn't have any problems. It was easier to book appointments for both. We were introduced to Hayley. My husband's ears were clear and she tested him immediately. As suspected he needed hearing aids. EDIT - don't use the Book Online button on the google page ? Thanks Paige for the apology - sounds like it wasn't negligence but something with your Hear Right umbrella company / marketing setup. Still bad though as I would think lots of people book this way? My grandfather had issues with his hearing aid for years. He finally got a new pair. The new pair hurt his left ear as did the old pair. When he went(with an appointment )to have them looked at the new hearing aids the receptionist refused to help him and canceled his appointment on the dot. She refused to make a new one at the Queenston Location and sent him to the Burlington plains rd location. My sister in law went in to try and understand why they would not help him and she got yelled at as well. Incredibly un profession... read more
So grateful I met Paige at Hear Right Canada. I’ve been to so many hearing aid clinics all my life and Paige has been the only one to go above and beyond for me to be comfortable and satisfied with my hearing aids. She’s supportive and patient! Thank you so much!
Dont go anywhere but to Paige @ HearRight Canada for your hearing needs. We cant say enough about Paige at Hear Right Canada, Queenston Road. She is AMAZING !!! My dad, who has had various hearing aids from other places for years has always had problems with them - fitting, their adjustment, them working properly, hearing properly, everything.
