Very courteous and professional. Booked two people for ear cleaning and only charged one of us for a single ear that needed cleaning. Was quick and comfortable. The whole process was fully explained so I had no questions.

First time used. Very impressed how thorough hearing test was handled. Alex is very knowledgeable about hearing problems, professionally adjust hearing aids to comfortable settings. And, the price was very very agreeable. Highly recommended.
I purchased hearing aids a few years back from them and was generally happy with them. The signia wires seem fragile and break more than they should. Returned for a test/update last week and the staff was all different. Unfortunately I walked away with unusable performance - non-stop feedback and chirping. Went to a different place closer to where I now live and they got me fixed up perfectly.
