My grandmother purchased hearing aids from here. They are constantly breaking! I’m her caregiver and I’ve had to bring her there for adjustments easily over 20 times and the times I haven’t been around she’s had to pay for cabs to go down into Dundas to have them looked at. Nothing but problems since the get go! They weren’t properly fitted and she’s had to deal with sores in her ear.
