This is an amazing place to come for all hearing needs. I ordered custom earplugs and when they came in I was so happy with them. The process to getting them done was done with such professionalism and precision, by Belinda, and the finished products fit perfectly. I also booked a hearing test, with Belinda, who's communication and directions were clear and when we went over the results she answered all my questions throughly. Great service and excellent care on how to hear well again
All the staff at the center have gone above and beyond to make my transit to new hearing aids go as smooth as possible. They were more interested in helping me to hear better than to sell me hearing aids.
Belinda does excellent work. She has been very thorough in providing detailed assessments of my hearing. I was able to "test drive" hearing aids from three different manufacturers. Each test drive was for about 1 week. This was important since I found that the first two models did not fit into my ears very well (due to some surgery on one ear). The product #3 worked.
