I had an issue with my one of my ears. I took my chances and stopped by the clinic with no appointment. Happily, Jessalyn was able to see me right away and assessed the situation. During the same visit, Jessalyn did a hearing test and thoughtfully walked me through the results and proposed next steps. Jessalyn is engaging, professional, knowledgeable and detailed.
Jessalyn was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. The hearing test was quick and easy and Jessalyn explained the findings thoroughly and clearly. Highly recommend for your next test / hearing aid purchase!
