Very personal and professional
Hear Right Canada opened a clinic in the new medical centre in Waterdown. I thought I would check it out; I called and talked with Jessalyn. I explained that I've been wearing hearing aids for over 30+ years. I tried many brands over that time most recently Phonak Sphere which was a big improvement over the other aids. I mentioned I've done a lot of research and wanted to try the Oticon Intent aids. After talking with Jessalyn I made an appointment. Very professional , informative and made me feel relaxed when I was anxious about the treatment. I would highly recommend their services.
I was in need of getting my hearing checked and tested. Jessalyn was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. We set up a plan to ensure that I look after my hearing for the future. I would highly recommend her, and her company to take care of your hearing needs!
