Jessalyn is a very knowledgeable audiologist. She is thorough and does a lot of explaining to help my 79 year old husband understand his profound hearing loss and how to adapt to his hearing aids. Thank u, and we always look forward to seeing you u when hubby needs some more help…lol.
I had a hearing test today and the experience was excellent. Jessalyn was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly and took their time to answer my questions. I felt listened to (literally and figuratively!), and walked away with a better understanding of my hearing health.
