Satisfying experience. My hearing challenges were diagnosed and explained to me clearly. Options for aids were explained and discussed with me so that I was able to choose what was just right for me as well. I am so happy that it was suggested by a friend to contact Hear Right. All good!
The young gentleman was out standing, very clear in speaking to us, the demerstration was explained very good,easy and clear. I cant say enough about this young man. Very very good at his job. He sure was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!!
I have been having my hearing checked for the last number of years, and it was never explained out to me the actual problem with my hearing. And how it can be corrected with the use of hearing aids. I left there yesterday, feeling great knowing that I understood what is happening with my hearing Dekato was kind, patient and made sure. I understood everything he was telling me. I believe he went above and beyond, which I am very thankful for.
