Book an appointment for my 3yr old drive 45 mins for an appointment I was told was booked get there and my son doesn’t even have an appointment booked with an audiologist nor is there one in the office by the name the man told me who was doing it when I booked it 2 weeks prior. Poor customer service didn’t even consider requesting to make one! I would never recommend this place.look else where
