I was given the most pleasant and warm greeting, treated with utmost respect and genuine warmth by the lovely lady at front desk, ( apologies I'm bad with names). Was then greeted warmly and very respectfully by the equally lovely lady who did the testing. Only wish every appointment in my life could be such a wonderful experience, thanks so much.
The staff at Hear Right Canada in downtown Cobourg are exceptional! I am always greeted with smiles of all who work there. They are friendly and very courteous which always helps ease any stresses that may arise from ear-related issues. I would highly recommend this Hear Right location to anyone searching for ear care. In my book, they deserve 10 stars!!
Always very courteous and helpful. The audiologist is extremely knowledgeable and a shout out to Madison who is the receptionist administrator, she’s so helpful and eager to assist.
I would recommend going to Hear Right Canada in Cobourg to anyone who needs to have their hearing checked. Booking an appointment was easy and their availability was flexible. Their staff were all friendly and welcoming, and listened to my needs during my appointment. They gave me a treatment plan based on my test results and made sure I was comfortable and understood my results.
Just had my semi annual checkup. I had excellent service from the Cobourg crew!
