Excellent customer service from start to finish. The staff was attentive, professional, and took the time to clearly explain how to use and care for my fathers hearing aids. The entire process was seamless, and the experience was awesome.
Very helpful
Frank was great with my mother, explaining the process at each step. He listened to what she wanted. He described options, and she went with his recommendation (which was not the most expensive option). She's very excited to get her new hearing aids.
