The office provided a clean and welcoming environment along with excellent customer service. They upgraded and thoroughly cleaned my mom's hearing aids ensuring they were working properly. Most importantly they made my mother feel comfortable and valued, allowing her to express herself freely and confidently. We truly appreciate their kindness, professionalism and attentive care.
Called in and needed some help with my three year old hearing aids, one was needing to be cleaned and the other had to have a part replaced. The receptionist asked if I could come in then. I drove over and the owner got me right in and assessed the problem and took care of me right away. I have been extremely happy with my hearing aids, and the service excellent.
