Some 3+ years ago, having moved from Portland to Eugene, I needed warranty repair of my hearing aids. My devices were purchased elsewhere, so they haven't made one cent on me, yet they covered the costs and trouble of shipping my failed device back to the manufacturer for replacement, etc. Even managed to deal with a growling personality gracefully. You know when you call their office using relay that their secretary doesn't answer your questions and hangs up on you. A Hearing impaired office hangs up on people who use relay to reach out and doesn't even answer their question. I'm not sure why Curtis decided to hang up on my relay call but I'm really upset about it. Surely that's a shame when this is a hearing office.

This is THE place to get your hearing checked and the place to buy your hearing aids. Don is knowledgeable, patient and generous with his information. I bought a pair of aids, and 2yrs later, I lost one. Don was there for me- to order, receive the new aid and to re-fit it to match my 1st. Excellent workmanship!
