At best, very unprofessional. No brochures or price lists. I waited for half an hour outside the office, without even knowing if I was even in the right place, since I was not even greeted. Then was rushed out at the end because I "used too much time", even though he was the one who was late. Five dogs attended the meeting, also unprofessional. I traveled to Maine from 3 1/2 hours away for vacation and realized I forgot my charger at home. I googled places, desperate to find someplace I could rent or buy a new charger. The first place I went was Hear Me Again (Pool Street). The gentleman that greated me was wonderful! I explained my situation and without hesitation he went and got a charger that would fit my hearing aides and told me to just bring it back before I left to head back home. Randy was exceptionally ready to meet my needs, answering my questions repeatedly just as they came into my mind and before I could ask the questions. Clearly he has done this very often over a long period of time. At both my initial visit and then for the fitting, I left entirely satisfied with my information and my expectations going forward.
