I traveled to Maine from 3 1/2 hours away for vacation and realized I forgot my charger at home. I googled places, desperate to find someplace I could rent or buy a new charger. The first place I went was Hear Me Again (Pool Street). The gentleman that greated me was wonderful! I explained my situation and without hesitation he went and got a charger that would fit my hearing aides and told me to just bring it back before I left to head back home. Randy was exceptionally ready to meet my needs, answering my questions repeatedly just as they came into my mind and before I could ask the questions. Third time I’ve been here and they are a no-show. What the hell?
I saw Randy in December and he diagnosed a problem I didn't realize I had and made a referral to a doc for me. I returned to him this week after a couple doc visits to correct the problem. His follow up was great and I will definitely return to him.
