f you are looking for good hearing aids and good service, stay away from Hear MD and Dr. Deborah Manchester. She pitched some very expensive Phonak hearing aids to my elderly mother about a year ago, who is in a wheelchair, and promised to "take good care of her" and did anything but. I read the other 1-star review on this site, and our experience was similar. Don't be fooled by their response about that reviewer "not having the facts." Our experience was once we got the hearing aids, one of them instantly didn't work... read more
