Dr. Johns and all the staff were very amazing! I am a musician and went to get molds for custom in-ear monitors. They were very knowledgable and experienced on this situation. I was brand-new to the process and when i called Abby at the front desk informed me on exactly what to do. The company that makes the monitors are very particular about the molds that they receive from audiologists and mine were accepted the first time! I am a professional musician and my hearing is everything to me. This clinic is a 10/10. Everyone from the front desk to the medical staff is a class act. Whether it’s ear wax removal or impressions for custom ear plugs or in ear monitors, this is THE place to go on San Antonio. Pricing is very fair and the coffee in the waiting room is a nice touch. Dr. Johns was very kind and patient. He answered my husband's many questions making us feel at ease. All of his staff was AMAZING! I would give them more than five stars!!
This place is really good and they really do an in depth ear exam for hearing loss and would highly recommend them
