Martine is genuinely incredible — kind, attentive, and someone who actually seems to care, which is increasingly rare in any medical setting. I have a very specific OCD issue related to my ears, and what would normally be a terrifying, panic-inducing experience becomes manageable because of her calm presence and understanding.
Just came back home from another appointment with Hear, inc. in Saanichton. I've been happy with them before, and today the service was exceptionally fine. From my experience they do not 'sales push' on new hearing aids, but directly address your problems, and at a very reasonable price. For example, I had my Widex HAs set up for Bluetooth, at no extra cost. I've found them to be friendly, very informed, and to the point. Highly recommended.

Five Stars + Why? It starts with Geoffrey who is the front end person for the team. I was more than delighted with his customer service. And when I heard his story about why he wants to be an audiologist I knew he was choosing the perfect career for him. He will excel. Take the time to ask him - it is inspiring.
