Dr. Ferro and her staff are terrific! I appreciated the reminder call for my appointment! After my first assessment for hearing aids, Dr. Ferro was very thorough and attentive to my needs. I had my annual check-up recently and found her committed to making my hearing aids as effective as possible!
The people there were very friendly and helpful. Even when I had trouble accessing documents that I needed. As wheelchair user. I had no problem getting into the building, but the elevator is very small and was difficult to navigate. Navigate. Also the bathrooms are completely inaccessible. Although they have bars, they are too small for anyone in a wheelchair l to easily use they would work well for an elderly person who just needs some support when standing
Convenient, no wait, did only what was necessary; fixed my hearing aids; very pleasent. I'll definitely use them again, if needed. Update: was hospitalized & 1 aid was lost. I ordered a new one & they got it for me even though I was not able to pay them in advance. I appreciate their trust.
Doctor Ferro shared a lot of great information and was great at explaining the differences of the available hearing solutions as they relate to your specific hearing problem. I completely trust the information that I received.
Highly recommend Hear in MetroWest. I've had hearing aids since I was 40. Her office is easily accessible, she's completely knowledgeable and so kind. I've recommended Hear in MW many times. In fact, when Dr. Nicole left her former place I went in search to find her. She's awesome. 5 stars easily.
