Kari and her staff have been great to deal with. Very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I had recently developed tinnitus and i was a mess when i walked in the first time, but Kari put me at ease very quickly and helped me understand what i was dealing with and the options available for me moving forward. She also helped me with the entire process of dealing with WCB and VAC(veteran affairs Canada), to get my new hearing aids. Kari and her team have been amazing. I was nervous about getting hearing aids, even though I knew I was missing parts of conversations due to my hearing. They took a caring approach, talked me through the options and helped me get acquainted with my new hearing aids. Kari and her team have been nothing short of incredible to this point. The care and attention to detail during our first meeting was amazing, the follow-ups have been amazing, and the hearing aid that they provided was set up perfectly. I've been to a few clinics and haven't received anything close to the level of care that I received here. Highly, highly recommend.
