Kari and her staff are truly wonderful. They take the time to explain everything as clearly as possible and do not mind you asking questions. She has now taken care of 3 generations of my family's hearing issues, so believe me .. she has lots of patience. Lol
Kari and her staff have been great to deal with. Very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I had recently developed tinnitus and i was a mess when i walked in the first time, but Kari put me at ease very quickly and helped me understand what i was dealing with and the options available for me moving forward. She also helped me with the entire process of dealing with WCB and VAC(veteran affairs Canada), to get my new hearing aids.
