I phoned to change an appointment and spoke with Susan. She was excellent not only finding a new scheduled appointment that worked well but also in showing real interest in my needs. She should be commended for the card. John Q
Michelle and Melissa are great. I would say they seem to go out of their way to ensure your visit is seamless and professional. I would say seamless ; however it appears to just come natural to them. Really appreciate what they were able to do to get me back on track.
The atmosphere was very pleasant. As the examination was being done it was explained step by step. And when we finished all of my options were shown to me so I knew what would be best for me.
