Brought my mother in for a test and aids discussion with Katie. She was amazing, very helpful, spoke clearly and in a way that my mother could understand.. the receptionist Patricia was very polite, helpful and welcoming, couldn’t ask for a better service all round….
Staff was so friendly and welcoming, Made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
I had an ear wax removal session with Katie, and it was a great experience. She was very kind, gentle, and made me feel comfortable. She removed the wax carefully, and now my ears feel so light and clear. I’m really happy with the service!
