Booked an appointment to see Katie a local Audiologist at Hear Clear - Dural. I Needed some ear plugs for swimming and snorkelling for an upcoming trip to Fiji in March. Welcoming customer service, friendly, professional and efficient, Collected the product in a week or so very happy with overall service hence, reason for the 5 star rating given all ++++’s
Very good quality customer service. Micro suction ear clean was very quick and notice a big difference in hearing afterwards. Highly recommend it.

Audiologist (Jenny?) was so lovely, explained what all the tests were for and was very kind. Receptionists were great! They reminded me about my appointment prior to and were very organised. I had no trouble whatsoever.
