Receptionist is extremely rude she hung up on me on 7/9/26 when her behavior was addressed by my partner she hung up on him. If she is any indication of how the care here will be, we will pass.
I left multiple calls to the Hear Center Speech Therapy starting at 11am, and by 2:33pm I still had not received a response. When I finally spoke to someone, I expressed my frustration and explained that while we truly loved our therapist, the center itself lacked patient support and communication. I explained that I never want to cancel last minute or miss an appointment when another family could potentially use that time slot.
