Professional but very friendly. My exam was very thorough and the audiologist and staff answered all my questions. Highly recommend!!
I just moved down from NC 4 or 5 days ago and both my hearing aids had stopped working. They fit me in the same day, and everyone couldn't have been nicer. They were personable, friendly, VERY helpful, and all for a more than reasonable price. I joined their service program, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone reading this.
Showed up without a reservation but was treated respectfully and I was successful in getting my hearing aid a new receiver. I don’t recommend you arrive without a reservation but in my case I lucked out and saved coming back at a later time. Both Diane and Walter were most helpful.
Excellent and prompt service. The staff could not have done a better job.
