This is my second pair of hearing aids I purchased. I have been very satisfied with there service.
Jami was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind with my dad. I highly recommend their office.
The appointment for visit was outstanding. The testing was very professional and I have a clear understanding what steps I need to take from hear. Thank you very much
Went to this center with my Oticon hearing aids since they're listed as an Oticon provider to have an annual service and update done on them. After getting there I was told that since I didn't purchase my hearing aids from them, as I moved from New Hampshire, that the cost of the update alone would be $500 not including the annual service for them. Needless to say I didn't use their service.
Yesterday was my first visit to the Hear Care Center and I am very pleased with the experience. The staff there were all friendly, courteous and professional. I highly recommend the Center if you’re looking for a top notch hearing aid provider.
