RecommendedI have had hearing loss all my life and have dealt with many technicians and tried different hearing aids. Aaron is by far the most knowledgeable of anyone that I’ve worked with. Before I purchased by current aids from Hear Again, I did a lot of reaseach to find the best customer service dealer. If a situation arises that Aaron does not know the answer, he will call the service center while I am in his office and get the solution. I am happy that he is working with me and I would recommend Hear Again to anyone.
Aaron was super nice and explained everything above and beyond what he needed to. It was really easy for my mom to understand what was needed for her to do. I would recommend Aaron and Hear Again LLC in a heartbeat.
