Had an appointment for my mother. Her hearing aids were not working for her. Todd gave her a hearing test. He did not try to sell her a new set of hearing aids. He updated the software on her current hearing aids and adjusted the settings to align with the results of her test. And told us she probably can get a couple more years out of the hearing aids she already had. She is happy with her hearing aids now. We will be using them again in the future.
The staff were friendly and helpful with our questions. They also did a thorough job in helping my Mom hear better with her hearing aid. Thank you!
Outstanding service from Hear Again America. Todd is a straight shooter and not only is outstanding, technically speaking but is totally candid in his discussions and recommendations. His support person, Sheila, was especially helpful! I will go again to them in the future.
