Doris took time to make sure I got the right hearing aids for my lifestyle. She never rushed me, made sure my new hearing aids were comfortable and most importantly made sure I was happy! We have recently become Florida full time residents and until now, have been handling all of our medical, eyeglass prescriptions, dentists and as of five years ago, audiology appointments in our primary residence state of Texas. We purchased hearing aids from Ear-Resistible Hearing Center in March 2019 and they hooked us up with a credit plan through HealthiPlan. We paid Ear-Resistable $2,000 after the plan was started to get ahead of payments. They were supposed to forward the money to HealthiPlan and have not done so. I have brought it to their attention in early May and was told that it would be taken care of. IT WAS NOT!
