They seem to be about money. I went there just for a yearly check up. My hearing aids were working fine. After they reset them, I starting having too much background noise. I had already paid them $190 for tests they said I needed. This was on top of the free hearing test Medicare paid for. When I called to ask them to fix it, I was told it would be another $65. I cannot say enough about the support and help that McKayla Wheeler provides. She is a top-notch professional and treats her customers with so much care and attention. I highly recommend this business if you need help with a hearing deficit.
Just had a hearing test done there today. McKayla & Jayden are the absolute best. They truly care about their patients. I highly recommend them!
I have a real problem with wax buildup and really causes problems with my hearing aids. They have bent over backwards in helping me keeping my hearing aids working.
Jayden did fantastic today. Very knowledgeable and helpful on hearing aids!
