Been trying to call them since 8am this morning it’s now 18:40 they close in 20 Minutes and never answer the phone it’s like they are scared to talk to people
Used to be a lovely practice, however dentists are going private now leaving NHS patients without a dentist (none available to transfer to). When ringing to try & make an emergency appointment the telephones remain unanswered (so far trying for an hour & a half). Parking an issue at the practice & a very noisy waiting area.
Dental staff great and I have no issues with them but some of the reception staff could do with a few lessons on professionalism as it is a Dental surgery and not a playground
Fabulous care from the staff at heanor dental care. Dr Harrop is fantastic, as are all of the nursing team.
