My daughter has been seeing Dr Healy since 2019 in preparation for getting braces, which was due to start in 4 weeks time. We saw them in office 4 weeks ago, drew up a plan and contract for treatment. Yet today I get a phone call out of the blue from their Hobart office "as a courtesy" stating they are closing their Launceston branch but we could still go ahead with the treatment and travel to Hobart every 6-8 weeks for adjustments and treatment for 3 years! The experience that my family has had throughout the past year with Dr. Healy's service is just exceptional. Clear explanation of the process, flexible appointment choices (amidst a busy schedule), flexible payment options and friendly staff are some of the notable standouts. I have found no fault with this service, but praises and gratitude.
We have had nothing but great friendly service with excellent communication. Dr Healy explained what procedure was necessary for our daughter in language that a 10 year old could understand 😊 Stage 1 process has been great 👍
After waiting months to get in and waiting well over an hour for my scheduled appointment I was very disopointed to find the lack of importance I was. All up I had 5 minuets to speak with the Dr, to which none of my questions were answered only a response of “you will receive an email with that information in it” I have been waiting for my “Email” for nearly 2 weeks as that’s when my appointment was.
