PROS: Darrel and the construction team did a great job. I have dropped in different times of the day, during the construction during different phases, i was impressed. The house is gorgeous. Healy did a good job in following up for the 1 year warranty. Healy took care of all my warranty needs, everything that needed to be fixed or replaced get replaced even after the one year warranty.
