Absolutely love these and they're gluten free! I've tried all the flavors and there's not a single one that I don't like, the apple pie is my personal favorite but they're all so good. The protein balls are perfect for a quick breakfast when I'm on the go or a nice pre work-out snack and they last for weeks in the fridge (with no icky stale taste). Jen is the best, she's always kind and a pleasure to chat with! Definitely stop in and check it out, you won't regret it!!
Not the best experience. Asked if there were healthy options and went into the bathroom. Overheard something about “asked for healthy options and they’re not even healthy… Why are they overweight ” something about “plantains” not sure if it was about ethnicity…
These are the best snacks around, hands down. From her protein balls, peanut butter blends, granola, to overnight oats, everything is more delicious than the next. Whole foods, clean ingredients that don't sacrifice taste for health. Jen is the real deal doing what she does best (and man, does she do it top-notch!) I love supporting a woman-owned, local business, and The Healthy Nut makes it so easy!
I decided to check out this local shop one day on my way to the store. Having only just started my healthy eating journey I needed a little guidance. The owner was extremely friendly and informative about all the different option and flavors. The double chocolate protein bars are fantastic!! I ate a serving on the way to the grocery store (which is only around the corner!). A delicious breakfast option!
Their protein bites and overnight oats are tasty, made with healthy ingredients and perfect for those on the go! Great customer service at the Ipswich Homegrown Market too!
