Very friendly and professional. Explained everything in precise manner but yet easy to understand.
Got ointment quickly. Staff was very courteous. Dr Austin was awesome and very patient with the patient :-)
Doctor Austin is great. I am docking a star because of communication with front desk staff. I have not found it easy to cancel an appointment. I attempted to cancel the appointment more than a week in advance, which is in alignment with the 48 hour policy. I made a phone call on a business day during business hours a week in advance, did not receive an answer or call back. I had a great experience with Dr. Cynthia Austin. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my Pap smear, and she took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Dr. Austin to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable doctor! The front desk staff too was very friendly!
