DO NOT GO HERE FOR ENDOMETRIOSIS Dr Karen was extremely rude to me. This was my first encounter with Dr. Karen, I was Teresas patient for years. Dr Karen walked in, never introduced himself, immediately asked questions about my cycle,I answered him and included my endometriosis was bothering me. I’ve been with Dr. Andrew Karen since March of 2017. He has been my OB/GYN since then and has delivered all 4 of my babies. He’s knowledgeable, professional, kind and a good listener. He’s always polite and never made me feel uncomfortable. He answers any and all questions, he never made me feel dumb for not knowing or understanding something. The condescending attitude of the girl on the phone made me decide I should book somewhere else. She tells me " I WAS TOLD" , when I clearly wasn't told. I'll skip the childish attitudes thank you.
I had seen a male doctor (dr. Karen) here a few years ago and was told I “probably” had endometriosis and I was “probably” infertile. I was told this WITHOUT ANY TESTS OR A DIAGNOSTIC LAPAROSCOPY. Saying that to an 18 YEAR OLD GIRL. Is EXTREMELY GROSS and not to mention IRRESPONSIBLE. I left that day crying and reported him to the front desk and after that I saw the PA who wasn’t much better. She was rude and not very empathetic at times. I would NEVER recommend this place. And I would give 0 stars if I could.
