i love this group, i started at i think 272 lbs May 2013 and today was my 18 month checkup and i weighed in at 123 lbs!! i met and am maintaining my goals! i went from wearing elastic pants to a 00 !! very pleased with my small frame i finally have back! i am a 5'1 small framed woman, these people wanna see you succeed!!
