My wife and I used Healthyway to do a lot of work on a new purchase. We loved the house during our walkthrough but almost pulled out bc of mold issues found during inspection. This is the second time I used Healthy Way and they were as good as the first time! Robert is amazingly responsive and communicative. Every person he sent was patient and professional and got the job done well. Al and Darren were particularly great as the carpenters for our job. I would highly recommend Healthy Way for any mold or flood restoration you might have. If you have a French drain in a high water table area you might consider contacting them about their system as a preventative measure and home improvement.
The technician came to conduct the evaluation seems technical, however not only did he not provide the estimate on time, but the price changed multiple times, and there are incorrect information within the estimate. Conducted other estimates with the company and they were extremely late to the appointment. And later didn’t even respond through calls while we were getting tons of automated emails/messages to tell us just to go ahead with the ridiculous price estimate. Watch out and do your research and comparison
Original technician came to house to check out water issues and said would provide information on how to potentially remedy the situation. I’ve been promised a follow-up from the owner for over two weeks with no progress.
The crew at Healthy Way is wonderful. From great customer service to getting the job done fast, professional and kept me involved every step of the way. There were no hidden costs that usually come every time I've hired someone. I would recommend Healthy Way for all your Mold remediation needs
