Terrible. Dirty and rude. Worst experience ever.
The front desk sets the terms for tipping including the amount that you “have to pay”. This is very unprofessional as tipping isn’t mandatory to begin with and if done so its up the client to set the amount based on quality of service and financial capacity.
They’re horrible! Their linens stink! They do not know how to massage! I left there feeling more sore than when I walked in. I cut my massage short because she was hurting me. They suck!
For those of you that had a bad experience here or another spa go to njdivisionofconsumeraffairs and look at title 13 Chapter 37A which outlines rules and regulations of Massage and Body work spas. It also shows you how to file a complain.
