A great gym for all women of all ages shapes and sizes . Great equipment excellent personal training ,friendly and fun classes - If you are looking for the place to exercise and be happy you won’t go wrong with this gem of a gym
Joined in June, love the classes and instructors, put you through your paces, but it is a lot of fun, mainly attend Taylor and Julia's classes.
I have been a long standing member of HUG and love it. As a busy working mum of two, it's one of my favourite places to go and be 'me' for an hour or so. The classes are so much fun, everyone is so friendly and the instructors are engaging and help keep you motivated.
I joined very recently in June, I love Healthy U Ladies Gym, Instructors are superb, classes are brilliant, so much fun, but also tough, which is great as you % know you have had a workout. The other ladies members are fab, really friendly and nice, no clickiness or hostility. All round inclusivity, would highly recommend. Thankyou HUG
