Maria was kind as always.. I returned after an injury where lost 20lbs in the first two months and was steady for almost 1year.. I gain about 10nlbs since my injury..now I'm back. .
Healthy steps is the way to go for a weight loss boost journey. I took the pills they provide and it helped me not break my fasting. What I really liked about the pills was it gave me energy and I was up and down cleaning and organizing my house lol. Shout out to Maria the receptionist for breaking down for me over the phone, if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have gone in.
