I would personally rate this pediatricians office zero stars because my daughter is having some bacterial infection and because of two no-shows that were not my fault and were immune communication on the assistance or front office part they are not willing to accept my daughter even though this was over four months ago and I am pretty sure it has to do with the fact that my daughter is non-vaccinated and because I wanna make a quick buck off of my daughter they don’t want to do any services for her I do not recommend coming ... read more
I normally don’t speak out like this, but this situation has been incredibly frustrating and honestly disappointing. After being established with this clinic for nearly 2 years, my children were suddenly discharged due to “missed appointments.” According to them, we had missed 6 appointments over that entire time but this was never seriously addressed or enforced until recently. Had a wonderful first visit with Family Nurse Practitioner Danna Lara MSN, APRN, CPNP PC/AC for my children's wellness check up. I take the choice of picking my little loves' pediatrician very seriously. I will not settle for anything but a very thorough, knowledgeable and kind pediatrician. I was extremely pleased to know there is a protocol with having wellness visits first in the office before the sick visits arrive. Been coming to Healthy Start Pediatrics since my daughter’s 1 week old appointment and she is about to be 3 years old. Dr. Danna Lara is an amazing doctor, she cares for my daughter as her own. Nurse Kassandra is an excellent nurse. She is always in the best mood to see my daughter. Receptionist greets us with a smile every time.
