Our experience at this practice was extremely disappointing, primarily because of Dr. Anne Nghiem. While the office staff seemed professional and kind, the way Dr. Nghiem handled children was deeply concerning. During my child’s procedure, my child was crying loudly in pain and distress, yet Dr. Nghiem continued yelling instead of showing patience or compassion. Horrible dentist office. Representative Shanice at the front desk is extremely rude and should not work a front desk at any establishment. The doctor put metal spacers in my now nine year old daughters mouth insead of the rubber band spacer that was suppose to be put in. Spacer causes my daughter pain while eating and now is pushing against her other teeth and the office refuses to remove them for her. Don't bring your children there.
I've been bringing my three kids here for a few years and I've had all positive experiences. I have a special needs child who is non verbal and is very scared of healthcare settings. I explained the situation when I scheduled the appointment, so they scheduled a longer appointment and performed the cleaning in a private room. I appreciated the care they took in making us comfortable and giving us the time we needed. My other kids have always been treated well as well, no matter if it was a cleaning or a filling.
