great experience
I had a terrible interaction with one of the receptionist. She hung up on me and was annoyed because I asked for the doctor correct spelling of his or her name.
This place is a joke! They said I have a 10 min grace period. I arrived and checked in 8 mins after my appointment time (4:58), and they waited 4 more minutes (at 5:02) to tell my family and me that I had to reschedule. So inconsiderate of them to purposely waste time to make me out of range. Btw, it smelled like pee in the waiting room. I’m so upset I took time off to waste it. I don’t think they wanted my business because of my appearance.
MY CHILD IS NOT AN EASY PATIENT WHEN IT COMES TO DENTISTRY, BUT UNDER THEIR CARE SHE FEELS VERY COMFORTABLE! THEY ARE VERY GENTLE!!!! & VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!
