I’ve been to a lot of dental offices over the years, and Dr. Hankins is easily one of the best. From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel welcome and comfortable. The office is professional, organized, and runs efficiently, which is something you don’t always find in healthcare. Unprofessional Unfortunately after I decided to cancel my treatment, I was charged fees that were not authorized under the contract I signed. When I asked the office to identify the section of the contract that allowed those charges, they were unable to do so. The situation caused me a great deal of unnecessary stress and frustration.

Dentist was very nice and knowledgeable. Extremely slow wait times—took 2 hours and was unable to do a cleaning, which is the reason I came in. Office is a bit aged compared to others in the area.
