Today my younger brother Damian and I had our appointments at Healthy Smile Dental. Before us, our younger brother and sister had their checkups there too. Everyone at the clinic was kind, welcoming, and professional. The dentist and the staff made us feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and treated us with respect. I always hating going to the dentist because it was always impersonal and so sterile. As an adult I found Healthy Smiles and I am so happy with this group. Everyone is so friendly, the staff are understanding, patient, and kind. I must also mention that I absolutely love their hilarious tiktok account!
From reception to procedure to payment, everything felt effortless. I was made feel so welcome and so accommodated with my dental fears. In such a vulnerable situation like dental sedation, I was comfortable enough to fully relax- I didn’t feel a thing! Even today, the day after- I am pain FREE! Dr.Chan explained everything prior to the procedure and the hygienist was so nice and gentle and great to have at my side! (Thanks for spoiling me!) I feel so lucky to have found Healthy Smiles!
