BEWARE I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so bad that I feel obligated to warn others. This might have been the worst dental visit we’ve ever had. My wife, who is from another country, had excellent cosmetic work done before moving here. We came in for a simple routine cleaning—but it quickly turned into a nightmare. My family has been coming to Healthy Smiles for years, I called and requested an appointment because I had chipped my tooth and was in some severe pain. After explaining this to them they put me on hold for a while and came back to tell me that I and my family was no longer welcome there. When I asked why they told me it was due to a series of missed appointments. First visit, very good. Cleaning and exam, follow up appointment. Excepted my insurance. Staff is excellent. It's a good place 😃👍
What is going on with this place??? Everyone is leaving? My fav. hygienist and i did not see my regular (requested dentist) or the hygienist i was scheduled to see! Also the receptionist (chubby) was standoffish. Gave her my name and just stood there waiting for a reply and she eventually looked at me (rather bothered) and said someone will be right with you. Don;t know if I will return.
